Have you ever noticed that when you are making muffins or cakes the yummy stuff tends to all sink to the bottom?
So how do they get them to look like this??
Here’s the secret: sprinkle 1-2 TBS of flour on your blue berries (or chocolate chips or other type of berries) and lightly toss so they are all coated.
Then make sure you add them as the LAST ingredient before you bake it. Voila! The berries won’t sink! and you’ll have lovely looking muffins 🙂
